Dodgers Sign Furcal

The Chicago Tribune's Dave van Dyck reports that the Cubs have fallen short on what has been their number one off-season goal: signing Rafael Furcal. Furcal has instead signed with the Los Angeles Dodgers, taking fewer years but more money per year.
