Cubs Recall Novoa and Option Wuertz

The Cubs have recalled Roberto Novoa and optioned Michael Wuertz to triple-A Iowa. This is a good move. Wuertz looked all too hittable all spring and had allowed 5 hits (including 2 homers) in 2.2 innings so far this year. He also hasn't been kind to Sean Marshall, as 3 of the runs Marshall has been charged with this year were inherited by Wuertz. Novoa likely would have beat Wuertz out during the spring if Novoa had not come down with Valley Fever. At Iowa, he's thrown 6.2 innings, allowing 2 runs on 3 hits and 3 walks, striking out 3. In any event, I wonder how longer either of them will be able to hold back David Aardsma.
