Mussina Could Be First Hall-of-Famer Without a 20-win Season

The Baseball Crank notes something interesting: Mike Mussina, who is in the middle of a resurgent year, with a 2.56 ERA in 66 innings, "could give a shot in the arm to his Hall of Fame candidacy." And, if he did make the Hall, he'd be first starting pitcher in who never won 20 games in a season. He's won 19 twice and 18 twice.
