I signed up for the Major League package through Direct this year thinnking I would enjoy watching the Cub games. Not only have I not enjoyed the many games I have watched, I am totally embarassed by the level of play.

I have been a Cub fan for 60 years. The list of Cub fans goes on and on. We deserve better than a team that would barely survive in the upper minor leagues.

It's time to admit that Pryer and Woods are finished. The pitching prosepects that shuttle up and down are not going to cut it. Rush belongs in the bullpen. Now that Ramirez has a long term contract, he plays like he really doesn't care.

In short, we have a real mess. And still the fans support the team. I'm getting too old for a hole in one and I will likely never see the Cubs in the World Series.
