Rusch to DL as Prior is Activated

Quite conveniently for the Cubs, Glendon Rusch apparently has back spasms, allowing them to place him on the 15-day disabled list. That made room for Mark Prior on the active roster. Prior started today's game. The Cubs also shifted Angel Pagan to the 60-day DL to create room for Prior on the 40-man roster.
