A good number of members of the Cubs Blog Army were quoted in today's Chicago Tribune, in an article by David Haugh. (Hat tip: Al Yellon at Bleed Cubbie Blue.) Though contrary to Al's thinking, it doesn't appear that Haugh contacted the bloggers; it instead appears he just viewed the blogs and quoted from them. (We wouldn't, of course, expect such an article from Paul Sullivan.)

The article is nice to see, even if it is mostly a cheap way for the Tribune to get some content for today's paper. Many of the opinions quoted are just as well thought out as what you'd find from the paid columnists.
