Girardi not returning to Marlins
This MLB.com article writes commenting on sources in Florida:
Girardi has "zero" chance of returning for a second season.
I'm a Dusty fan, but I say goodbye to Baker and hello to Girardi. If it's at all possible, lets bring him in. It's definitely gambling a little bit, but I'd say that in one year, Girardi knows how to handle young players better than Dusty. And the Cubs with Murton, Cedeno and all the pitchers looking to start next year, we could use that. Plus Pagan, Theriot, and Moore.
Unbelievable that Girardi has done all he has w/ a $15 million payroll, with the Marlins 4 games out from the wild card with 9 games left.
