Q: What is your best-selling bat?

A: Probably our most popular model is the C-271, which we started in the 1960s. It was made for Jose Cardenal, and day in day out it's probably, I think, the best bat we make.

Q: What does the C-271 mean?

A: The letter designates the first letter of the last name of the player we created the bat for.

Q: So C is for Cardenal?

A: Yeah. And it goes in sequential order. C-243 is a Rod Carew.
