Possible buyers of the Cubs?

An article in the Washington Business Journal cites possible buyers of the Tribune Co. According to the report, three groups have emerged as possible bidders:
D.C.-based Carlyle Group
Madison Dearborn Partners, Providence Equity Partners, and Apollo Management
Thomas H. Lee Partners and Texas Pacific Group
The report does not specifically "say" the Cubs are included in any deal, yet lists them at the end of the article.

I have to think if one of these groups purchased the Tribune Co., they would then proceed to sell off parts of it separately, including the Cubs. It'll be interesting to see what happens.
