Baker: Hairston Will Get Most of the Playing Time at Second Base

"Dusty Baker said Tuesday that Jerry Hairston will get the majority of the playing time at second base during Todd Walker's absence," reports the Chicago Tribune's Paul Sullivan. This completely contradicts what Sullivan reported yesterday, without citing a source, which Sullivan fails to acknowledge.

Baker could have changed his

Baker could have changed his mind. But neither the Sun-Times or Daily Herald reported what Sullivan reported regarding Perez getting the bulk of the playing time, and Sullivan didn't cite a source for his information. So my guess is that Sullivan just stated his own opinion about what would happen, though he didn't label it as such.
