Wrigley Field Garage Sale ?

September 18, 2007 by diana

When I was at the Cubs/Cards game last week, I heard that there would be a "Wrigley Field Garage Sale" during the last two series at Wrigley.

Since we're in that time frame now, has anyone attended the "Wrigley Field Garage Sale"?

What kind of items were they offering?

Was it possible for those without a ticket to attend, or was it just for those who paid admission to the game?

Thanks!

Here's what I read on the Cubs.com bulletin board...

Quote:
When I went to the game last night they had "Fan Appreciation Sale". It was set outside where that outdoor smoker's lounge usually is on the Sheffield and Addison part of the ballpark. Basically it all the stuff the sell on at the gift shop was on sale (Jerseys, hats, t-shirts etc.). But I did see some old stadium seats and bricks for sale also, but I didn't check out the prices. As far as I could tell the only way to enter was from inside the ballpark. You have to enter the stadium then walk through that bar section "Stadium Club" and come back outside.
