I'd like to see the Cubs do a few things during rain delays and especially in lightning delays...
1. Invite the bleacher folks to the covered grandstand for the rest of the game. There was plenty of room for them at last night's game and they wouldn't have been at risk like they were in the bleachers.
2. Offer free rain ponchos like at Niagara Falls, Maid of the Mist boat ride. This is an advertising opportunity and a chance at some additional goodwill. Remember, the fans paid a LOT for their tickets...do what you can to keep them healthy and safe.
3. If its a cold rainy delay, offer free hot chocolate to the fans.
Hospitality is the key here.

I'd like to see the MLB change their SUSPENDED GAMES rules so that all games are played thru at least 9 innings. If the weather doesn't permit that, then the game should be suspended and finished at a later date.
No one likes to see a partial game and then see it end ubruptly.

Hello fellow cubby fans !
I had an above ground pool put in this summer! I have a artist who does spray paint/graffiti style art coming over to tag my pool with cubs memorabilia! My question is what are the footages on the outfield walls? I know? center field is 400 feet? I think right field is 368 feet? but it might be left field? So my question is can someone please tell me what are the correct footages painted on the outfield walls? Left field? center field? and right field?
Thank you so much!
I also plan on having this same man do a mural style job on the whole side of my garage! of the bleachers with the scoreboard and the cubs flag flying proudly on top of the center division standings!!! as we go on to win tit all this year!!
GO CUBS MAY THIS BE OUR YEAR!!!!
