OK, I guess the best thing to do here is kinda introduce myself, or re-introduce myself to those 4 readers of my blog, back when it was a Cubs blog...

Nova's the name, Frank Nova. Been a Cub fan since 1967. Spent more time in the bleachers than in school during most of the 70s. Moved to New York in 1978, and have spent every waking moment since being a Cub fan in the belly of the beast.

Count me among those who still believe in Jim Hendry.

I usually refer to Kerry Wood as The Greatest Pitcher To Never Win 15 Games.

All-time favorite Cub is Ernie Banks. Least favorite is Fraud McStiff.

How often I post here, I can't say. Still, thanks to cubsnet.com for giving people like us a soapbox to stand on while we yell...
