Last night, I was at an advance screening of Revenge of the Sith and it is just as bad if not even worse than any of the other 2 prequels. Among other things, you see just how badly miscast Samuel L. Jackson is as Mace Windu and you get to hear dialog that was undoubtedly written to sound "Shakespearean" but just comes off as overwrought and unreal. You are also subjected to all sorts of Computer Graphics Overkill and the story of how Anakin succumbs to the Dark Side is a temendous disappointment. Its not quite as dull as watching paint dry, but its close and all of the humor is unintentional.
