Borowski Activated from DL; Fontenot Optioned

The Chicago Cubs activated Joe Borowski from the disabled list today, and sent infielder Mike Fontenot back to Iowa. Borowski pitched the 9th inning of today's 5-1 loss to the White Sox, his first action of the year. He threw a perfect inning, striking out 1.
