Iowa just defeated #5 Penn St. in Happy Valley 21-10. Kirk Ferentz is now 7-2 again Joe Paterno. As Dennis Dodd writes, "That's not a rivalry, that's a caning."

Can someone please tell me why Ole Miss, Florida St., Miami, Houston, North Carolina, California, and Washington were ranked ahead of Iowa, which has the 2nd longest active winning streak in the country at 8. Ole Miss at #4? Really?
