Looks like the Trib reuses their url's. The page I linked now sends you to a different photo.
That photo caption (with new photo) now reads "Officials at Lincoln Park Zoo got a pleasant surprise Tuesday morning when they spotted a newborn western lowland gorilla being nursed by its mother."
So, if you're looking for that photo w/caption of Jody Gerut's flying dive, try the link again and select the one with the mini-caption "Good effort". There are some additional Cubs photos there, like Maddux's 3000th strikeout and "Cub gets just desserts after big hit", which is a pic of Jeromy Burnitz getting that shaving cream pie in the face while being interviewed on tv. Look around and see if you can find these images.
Sorry about the mixup. Deep linking has its dangers.

BTW, did anyone catch a glimpse of the kids pre-game event at Wrigley today? Wow! Baker's little guy can hit! I think he might've ran even faster if he wasn't dealing with a uniform trying to trip him.
Did you see Mrs. Maddux take a digital camera picture and show the results to hubby Greg? The photographic term for that action is "chimping". (Now what made me think of that?)
Probably because the viewer will say things like "Ooooh, Ahhhhh" which
can sound a bit like a chimpanzee. The kids at my church now say "Ooooh, Ahhhhh" when they're being photographed, instead of "cheese". Imagine that!
Anyway, this website explains "chimping" from a sports photographer's point of view. Enjoy!
Photo of the day: Jody Gerut's flying dive
Found this fantastic photo of Jody Gerut's flying dive in today's Trib.
Click here to read the caption for the photo.
That is a good picture. Than
That is a good picture. Thanks for pointing it out. The caption writer got one thing wrong, though: Gerut's not a rookie.
Gerut's not a rookie...and no longer a Cub either.

And now he's not a Cub anymore either.
I bet his Dad, a Cubs fan is truly bummed about the trade.
