Cubs W/L record on WGN, Comcast, ESPN, etc.
I'm curious if the result of the Cubs games changes based on whether the game is aired on WGN, Comcast, Fox or ESPN and if HD via national tv (Fox or ESPN) makes a difference. Also want to find out what the Cubs W/L record is when only on WCIU or not televised in Chicago at all.
I don't think this really will show much of a difference, but lets find out.
I'll probably need some help with this since there are some games that I don't have the telecast information.

Cubs W/L record in first week of each month?
Well so far for the first 10 days of August the Cubs have won 1 game and lost 8.
In July they were 0-7 for the first week of the month.
In June they were above .500 (woo hoo) with a record of 4-3 for that first week of the month.
In May they were 0-6 in the first week.
For April 1-7 the Cubs won 1 and lost two. Their record for the first seven games of the season was 3-4.
So, if my math is correct - if you leave out the first week of each month for the Cubs this season, their record would be 48-36.
What happens the first week of each calendar month that may be causing the Cubs to lose so effectively?

A bleacher semi-regular named David decided, beginning last year, to keep track of what color uniform the Cubs wore each day, and whether they won or lost. Monday, he gave me a copy of this year's list. Yes, this is obsessive behavior. I mention this to point out that I am not responsible for this list, only passing it along to you.
If you don't already know this, Cub tradition in recent years has been to allow that day's starting pitcher to choose the jersey for the club to wear. Typically, Carlos Zambrano always chooses blue; Greg Maddux and Mark Prior always choose pinstripes (or gray on the road), and other pitchers vary.
So far this year, the club records with different colored jerseys are as follows:
