Patterson Called Up; Cedeno Down

"The Cubs recalled outfielder Corey Patterson from Triple-A Iowa and optioned infielder Ronny Cedeno to Iowa," reports the AP.
In other news, the Cubs found a taker for Mike Remlinger in the Boston Red Sox. They received 21-year-old minor league pitcher Olivo Astacio in return.
