Sosa Near Signing

Acording to an article I just found the Nationals have re-vamped there offer to Sosa, guarenteeing him a major league spot.

Sosa would be stupid(er) not to accept this offer, even if it's worth less then a million - which I bet it is...

Guesses on the terms/perks, ect.?
