Reds Trade Pena for Arroyo

Baseball Musings writes: "After a good outing yesterday by Bronson Arroyo, the Reds traded for the pitcher, sending Willy Mo Pena to the Red Sox and getting some cash to boot."

Arroyo immediately becomes a candidate for the best Reds' pitcher, along with Aaron Harang, Brandon Claussen, and Dave Williams. In other words, the Reds have a bunch of league average starting pitchers, at best.

I'm not going to miss Pena's career .299/.387/.577 line against the Cubs.
