Harvey Relaxes, Gets Better

The Daytona Beach News-Journal's Sean Kernan profiles OF Ryan Harvey and his surge since his four-homer game on July 28. Harvey is still hitting just .253/.293/.442 on the year. But he started the year with a 623 OPS in April, 436 in May, and 661 in June. He broke out in July, with a 1000 OPS. Unfortunately, he also had a 30/2 K/BB ratio during that month. His August plate control has been much better, with 19 K's and 8 BB's. He has hit .326/.383/.526 in August. His 20 overall homers is tied for second in the league.
